Terms of Service
Plain terms for a plain service.

The service
The Italy Retirement Move Feasibility Review is a paid assessment for people considering retiring to Italy. It consists of:
- A guided intake questionnaire about your motivation, household, timeline, finances in outline, coverage topics, target towns, housing and pets. Do not send diagnoses or other health details.
- One focused video or phone session about your situation (approximately 30 minutes).
- A short written recap of your route and next steps, delivered within 2 business days of the session.
The price is $49 USD, quoted to you before payment. Online payment is not enabled; payment arrangements are confirmed after a slot is agreed. The session fee is credited in full toward the written move plan or any relocation package booked within 12 months of your session.
The written move plan is an optional follow-on: it covers your visa route, both budgets (one-time moving costs and monthly life) for your shortlisted towns, your healthcare and insurance setup, and the recommended order of operations — delivered within 7 days of ordering.
What the review is not
- It is not legal, tax, financial-planning, or immigration advice. It is a planning assessment based on current published requirements. Executing your move — filings, applications, translations — remains yours or your lawyer's, and regulated tax or investment questions belong with qualified professionals.
- It is not insurance advice or insurance sales. We explain insurance products, typical choices, and costs — including whether existing US, UK, or Canadian coverage applies in Italy — but we do not sell policies, recommend specific insurers, or receive commissions from them.
- The deliverable is the assessment itself. A finding of “not yet — here is what has to change” is a complete delivery, not a failed one.
- We do not sell property, receive agent commissions, or guarantee any outcome.
Cancellations and refunds
- Before the session: full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled session, or if we cannot schedule within 14 days of payment.
- Delivery: if the written recap is not delivered within 2 business days of the session, or an ordered move plan within 7 days of ordering (without an agreed reschedule), you are entitled to a full refund of the relevant fee — just email us.
- Your rights: these cancellation terms do not limit statutory consumer rights. If you request delivery during an applicable withdrawal period, we will explain the requirements and obtain any necessary consent before starting.
Your responsibilities
The quality of the assessment depends on the accuracy of what you tell us. You confirm that the information you provide in the intake and session is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and you understand that requirements change and must be re-verified at the time of any application.
Your plan
Your plan is prepared for you personally. You may share it with your family and professional advisors, but it may not be resold or published.
